TinyHab Terms of Service

Effective date: May 4, 2026

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of TinyHab, including the TinyHab mobile application, related APIs, and supporting web pages. By creating an account or using TinyHab, a user agrees to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

Users must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement in their jurisdiction. If a user is accessing TinyHab on behalf of an organization, that user represents that they have authority to bind that organization.

2. TinyHab Service

TinyHab is a habit-building and routine-tracking product. The service may include:

  • account registration and authentication,
  • habit creation and scheduling,
  • progress tracking and completions,
  • insights, summaries, and historical views,
  • profile customization and uploaded media.

TinyHab may add, remove, or modify product features over time.

3. Account Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

  • providing accurate account information,
  • maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials,
  • using TinyHab in a lawful and respectful manner,
  • promptly notifying TinyHab of suspected unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

Users may not use TinyHab to:

  • violate any law or regulation,
  • interfere with the security or operation of the service,
  • attempt to access another user's account or data,
  • upload malicious code or harmful content,
  • misuse the API or automate abusive traffic patterns.

TinyHab may suspend or terminate access if misuse is detected.

5. User Content

Users retain ownership of the content they submit to TinyHab, including habit names, descriptions, photos, and progress entries. By using TinyHab, users grant TinyHab a limited right to host, store, process, and display that content solely for operating and improving the service.

6. Subscriptions and Paid Features

TinyHab may offer free and paid plans. If paid plans are introduced:

  • pricing and billing terms will be shown before purchase,
  • subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled,
  • refunds, where available, will follow the applicable platform or billing provider rules.

7. Product Availability

TinyHab aims to keep the service available and reliable but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, bugs, service interruptions, or third-party outages may affect availability.

8. Health and Wellness Disclaimer

TinyHab may help users organize routines related to wellness, focus, hydration, reading, medication reminders, or similar activities. TinyHab is not a medical provider and does not provide medical, psychological, or professional health advice. Users should rely on qualified professionals for medical decisions.

9. Termination

TinyHab may suspend or terminate access to the service if:

  • a user violates these Terms,
  • the service is being protected from abuse or security threats,
  • TinyHab decides to discontinue the service in whole or in part.

Users may stop using TinyHab at any time.

10. Intellectual Property

The TinyHab name, branding, interface design, code, and related materials are owned by TinyHab or its licensors unless otherwise stated. These Terms do not transfer ownership of TinyHab intellectual property to users.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

TinyHab is provided on an as is and as available basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. TinyHab disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TinyHab and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, profits, or goodwill arising from use of the service.

13. Changes to the Terms

TinyHab may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updated Terms take effect means the user accepts the revised Terms.

14. Governing Rules

These Terms are intended as a product mock for internal use. Production legal terms should include jurisdiction, governing law, dispute process, and any consumer-specific provisions before release.
